Evaluation & Functional Movement Consultation
A complimentary 55-minute session where you get to express your concerns and goals, and have a professional consultation on how your body is moving during everyday activities to determine where you are strong and where you could improve.
Establishing New Habits & Improving Exercise Performance
The first few coaching sessions will cover how to weave your new health habits into daily life, develop your initial personalized exercise plan, and provide feedback on exercise performance for optimal results and injury prevention.
Troubleshooting Hurdles & Progressing the Plan
Coaching sessions eventually transition to problem-solving obstacles that arise, so you can stick to the health improvements you want to accomplish. You will also need to progress your personalized exercises as you get stronger and closer to your goals.
Staying Accountable & Reaching Your Goals
As you near the accomplishment of your goals, coaching sessions will transition more to accountability - you may also find it helpful to join a community coaching group for individuals like yourself who are also on the road to accomplishing their own health goals.
