Redefine what is possible.

At All Good Bodies, health is more than your pant size or number of steps.

Health is about feeling strong, capable, and confident throughout your daily life.

Whether that is going up a flight of stairs, playing with your grandchildren, or

winning triathlons, every body deserves to feel good in their body.

Know the process. Trust the process.

Whether you are at the beginning of your health journey, were recently injured, or are learning how to live with a chronic health condition, the feelings are usually the same. You may be feeling afraid of hurting yourself (again), confused about where to start, and overwhelmed with advice from well-meaning but poorly informed friends and family.

If this is the case, you are in the right place. Dr. Sarah has worked with all types of clients who were once in your shoes and are now at a place they never thought possible. They did it, and so can you.

Getting to Know You & Mapping Out Your Unique Coaching Journey

Starting is always the hardest part. That’s why this first step call is complimentary — to take the pressure off. It’s simply a chance for us to get to know each other. I may ask about your body journey so far, where you’ve felt strong or successful, and where you’re still looking for support. We might begin mapping out some goals — or we might just chat. How deep we go is completely up to you. The ball is always in your court.

Establishing New Habits & Improving Exercise Performance

In the first few coaching sessions, we’ll focus on seamlessly weaving your new health habits into your daily life. Together, we’ll develop a personalized exercise plan tailored just for you, and I’ll provide gentle, supportive feedback on your movement to help you get the best results while preventing injury

Troubleshooting Hurdles & Progressing the Plan

As coaching sessions progress, we’ll shift toward problem-solving any obstacles that come up—helping you stay on track with the health improvements you want to achieve. You’ll also gradually advance your personalized exercise plan as you grow stronger and move closer to your goals.

As you approach your goals, coaching sessions will shift more toward accountability and maintaining your progress. You might also find it helpful to join a community coaching group—connecting with others who are on their own health journeys can provide extra support and motivation.
