Coaching Community
Join our fantastic group of humans who are also growth-minded for a weekly video call where Dr. Sarah will facilitate conversations around certain health topics, such as, how to meaningfully define health, how to overcome obstacles toward health goals, and what it means to feel confident in your good body! Additionally, you will be paired up with an accountability partner during your second week that you will work with through the class.
The group will meet weekly for 60 minutes for eight weeks, starting in mid-February. There will be two classes with a cap of six participants each.
Upon registering for the class, you will be prompted to schedule a free 20-minute one-on-one introduction with Sarah so she can get to know you better before starting the class!
Class Offering 1: Tuesdays at 9 AM PST/12 PM EST/6 PM CET starting on February 18th, 2025
Class Offering 2: Thursdays at 11 AM PST/2 PM EST/8 PM CET starting on February 20th, 2025
Advocacy Alliance
It can be incredibly lonely to navigate your health issues alone. There are a lot of people who are navigating ongoing health issues and are struggling to get the proper support. This community is for people who need a home where they are not alone, they are embraced, and they are held up. Dr. Sarah will facilitate the conversation on topics, such as, what has worked well while talking with doctors, how to manage relationships with ongoing health issues, and how to find accommodations for yourself during community activities and household tasks.
This group will meet weekly for 60 minutes for eight weeks starting in mid-February. The group with a cap of eight participants.
