Health & Wellness Coaching

Coaching is a process of discovery where you have space to explore what you want, and how to reach your goals and work through any obstacles along the way.

My coaching philosophy is that you are the expert of yourself and your body. My job is not to fix you, tell you what you need to do, or define your goals for you. I have a lot of knowledge about health and the body that I am happy to share along the way but I am still not the expert. A lot of coaches try to be the GPS, telling you what direction to go with turn-by-turn directions. I like to think of my style of coaching more like you are in the driver's seat, choosing where to go, and I will give occasional observations of the scenery and if there is construction ahead.

Single Coaching Session

During the first coaching session, you will:

  • Clarify your definition of success

  • Specify concrete and realistic goals

  • Start to build a specific plan

Three Session Package

With three coaching sessions, you will:

  • Clarify your definition of success and specify concrete and realistic goals

  • Identify what resources are needed to meet those goals and how to find them

  • Establish and start to implement a routine to work towards your goals

Six Session Package

With six coaching sessions, you will:

  • Clarify your definition of success and specify concrete and realistic goals

  • Identify what resources are needed to meet those goals and how to find them

  • Establish and start to implement a routine to work towards your goals

  • Negotiate obstacles as they arise and work through them in real-time

  • Create strong routines and work through procrastination or lack of motivation

  • Start to meet your goals and feel a great sense of accomplishment
